Each packaging is sealed with a hologram with QR barcode and a unique running serial number. The consumer can scan the QR barcode which direct them to a website to authentic that the bird’s nest he/she purchased is quality bird’s nest from us."

Allswell bird’s nest is harvested from purpose-built swiftlet house that is designed with safety and hygiene in mind. We want our workers to work in a safe and well-ventilated environment because they often need to maintain and clear the bird’s waste in the swiftlet house. Our aim is to have a clean and conducive swiftlet house for the swiftlets to build their nest so that our valued customer is able to consume quality Allswell Bird’s Nest with low “source contamination”

纯珍燕窝采集自专门建造的燕屋，这些燕屋在设计时充分考虑了安全性和卫生性。我们希望我们的工人能在安全、通风良好的环境中工作，因为他们经常需要维护燕屋并清理燕子的排泄物。我们的目标是为燕子提供一个干净、适宜的燕屋，让它们能够筑巢，这样我们尊贵的顾客就能享用到"源头污染"低的优质纯珍燕窝。

We are against unethical bird’s nest cleaning and processing method which adopt mass volume mechanical cleaning processes with the use of bleaching agents. Many others also resort to dye their bird’s nest to red or orange colour to fetch higher selling price for their bird’s nest because of the myth of “blood” bird’s nest. These little known profiteering practice in the market not only negates the benefits of consuming bird’s nest, it can cause serious harm to the body with prolong intake.

We clean all our bird’s nest using the conventional method. Our workers deftly remove the impurities and feathers embedded in the bird’s nest , using only a fine pincer along with a pair of skilled hands and sharp eyes coordination. Although this cleaning method is tedious and labour intensive, it does retain the freshness and authenticity of the bird’s nest and also create job opportunities for the locals with lower education and qualification.

我们坚决反对采用大规模机械清洗和漂白剂的不道德燕窝清洗和加工方法。市场上还有许多商家为了获取更高的售价，将燕窝染成红色或橙色，利用"血燕"的神话来牟利。这些鲜为人知的牟利行为不仅抵消了食用燕窝的益处，长期摄入还可能对身体造成严重伤害。

我们坚持使用传统方法清洗所有燕窝。我们的工人仅使用精细的镊子，配合熟练的双手和敏锐的眼力，巧妙地去除燕窝中嵌入的杂质和羽毛。尽管这种清洗方法耗时费力，但它能保持燕窝的新鲜度和真实性，同时还为当地教育水平和资历较低的人创造就业机会。
